Does Crown Studio do the construction?
Crown Studio provides interior design, architectural-design coordination, and project-management coordination. Accepted construction is contracted through Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM), only within its verified scope.
Who provides engineering?
Professional engineering and signing are provided by Apice Engineering LLC through PE Rodrigo DePaula, subject to verification of the required credentials and a written project-specific engagement. Crown Studio is not the licensed engineering or stamping provider.
Is everything under one contract?
No. Design coordination does not create one contract covering every provider; each engagement identifies its responsible entity, scope, fees, and applicable permit responsibilities.
What areas do you serve?
Central Florida — Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Casselberry and Longwood — as well as Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville and St. Petersburg.
What should I include in my first message?
