Crown Studio coordinates interior design, architectural-design planning, materials, and project communication. Engineering belongs to Apice Engineering LLC through PE Rodrigo DePaula; accepted construction belongs to DJM within verified scope. The responsible providers and their engagements are defined before work begins.
Provider responsibilities
Crown Studio provides interior design, architectural-design coordination, and project-management coordination. Professional engineering and signing are provided by Apice Engineering LLC through PE Rodrigo DePaula, subject to verification of the required credentials and a written project-specific engagement. Crown Studio is not the licensed engineering or stamping provider. Architecture requiring a licensed architect must be separately assigned to an appropriately licensed professional. Accepted construction is contracted through Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM), only within its verified scope. Design coordination does not create one contract covering every provider; each engagement identifies its responsible entity, scope, fees, and applicable permit responsibilities.
